The company was established in 1989, incorporated in 1994 and has its corporate office in San Diego and satellite offices in Riverside County, CA, Los Angeles/Ventura, CA, Orange County, CA, Bakersfield/Central Valley, CA, Livermore, CA, Sacramento, CA and Carrolington, TX. Our management team combines a wealth of construction knowledge and hands-on experience as well as professional accomplishment and adherence to the highest standards of quality to ensure timely and successful completion of all projects.
Our client list includes over 100 residential builders of whom several are fortune 500 companies. We are primarily involved in providing all aspects of investigation and repair on residential projects. Our builder customer service program lends itself to repair work, in that we can resolve residential warranty issues with our own diverse staff of over 250 skilled tradesmen. We manage and schedule our own people allowing us to resolve problems quickly and keep homeowners happy and satisfied.
