New Home Prep
New home prep is essential for a successful homeowner Walk-Thru. Skilled tradesmen are required to complete the final detailing to make it "Walk-Thru Ready."
Since 1989, we've performed new home prep for over 100 different builders. The years have taught us much; foremost, we've learned how a new home should be presented to a buyer.
The goal is to always achieve a zero item Walk-Thru. With our staff's trained eye for detail coupled with our varied trade knowledge, we achieve our goal more often than not.
Better still, we've developed fixed cost pricing for new home prep. It gives you a number to budget with and the scope of work can be adjusted to fit your specific needs.
Client Letter:
"This letter is sent in appreciation of the efforts made by Hammond & Masing in making our Second and Third Phase in the Heritage tract a pleasurable move-in experience for our homebuyers.
The last prep work and attention to detail has shown. In the latest Walk-Thru tallies, there was an average of 4 to 4 items per house. Most, if not all, of the items on these particular walks were subcontractor items, which you were not responsible for. Also, the response from the homeowners after their move-in was that they greatly appreciated the customer service work that was done. The rapport that you developed with the homeowners has enabled us to concentrate our efforts on moving forward with Phase Three instead of looking back to Phase Two."
